Tonight's Dinner...

Seared rare Ahi Tuna with cilantro ponzu sauce over white rice and vegetables (green beans, garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, mushrooms and red onion).

Things I would change: I used Montreal Steak seasoning to season the fish, next time I will use sesame seeds, or just sear it with no seasoning. I would add baby corn, water chesnuts and bok choy to the veggies and leave out the onion. Also, less cilantro in the sauce.

Oh...and welcome to my newly revived journal. My food. :D Definately more to come!
